Premium Event Staffing Chicago’s founder and CEO, David Phillips, saw a need in the Chicago Metro area to hire Professional Bartenders, Servers, and more for Private Parties and Special Events.
After opening The Premium Institute of Bartending Schools in 2007, which trains Professional-Licensed Service Professionals, David saw an opportunity to provide affordable event services without having to use a middle-man to staff small and large scale events.

All of our staff are trained as Bartenders and Servers, so you can save on the number of staff you hire. Our staff will go with the flow of an event. There are times during and event when extra bar staff is needed, so other staff members can jump behind the bar and help. When it’s time to serve food and clean up, our staff can adjust their duties and focus their attention there.
